Shipping Notes

SHIPPING NOTES

Please review the following before booking and align cargo profile, docs, and declaration with our team for smooth delivery.

01

Shipping Requirements

Confirm dimensions, weight, and outer packaging with our team before booking.

Size / Weight Limits

  • FCL Direct lanes: max single-side dimension per carton ≤ 63.5cm
  • Other first-mile lanes: max single-side dimension per carton ≤ 120cm
  • Per carton weight ≤ 22kg; Amazon may refuse heavier cartons and related costs are on the shipper
  • Other overseas warehouses: max single-side dimension per carton ≤ 120cm; please contact us for exceptions

Packaging

  • Cartons only; broken / damaged outer packaging will not be accepted
  • Apply allocation labels per our latest format before outbound
  • Each carton: at least 2 FBA labels + 1 Made in China origin label, with clear tape over labels
  • Cartons over 15kg must carry an overweight label
  • Pallets are recommended above half-pallet volume, per destination pallet spec

02

Declaration & Customs

Truthful declaration and complete documentation are key to smooth clearance.

Export Declaration

  • Shenzhen customs are tightening enforcement on under / over / mis-declaration; high-value shipments may go to manual review
  • For high-declared shipments, prepare: stamped business license, original VAT and export invoices, sales contract, bank receipts, and cargo photos
  • Tax-rebate customers should pre-arrange a complete document package for inspection
  • Provide original commercial invoices (3 copies) plus electronic packing list / invoice with Shipment Name / ID and Amazon Reference ID

Destination Customs

  • Declare at least 65% of true value to reduce inspection and anti-dumping risk
  • Always declare true commodity names; we do not accept tax-evasive HS code substitution
  • Provide certifications / authorizations for FCC / UL / FDA / DOT / EPA / CPSC / Bluetooth / HDMI / brand-related products
  • For tariff-exempt items, share product images, usage parameters, and listing links in advance
  • Confirm destination importer or fixed tax ID in advance and ensure it is shown on packing list / invoice / B/L correctly

03

Eight Important Notes

Each item below directly affects clearance stability and inbound timing.

Please review

  • Declare commodities truthfully; we do not accept tax-evasive HS codes provided by clients
  • Do not under-declare; declare at least 45% of purchase value to avoid inspection / anti-dumping / detention
  • If your shipments are frequently inspected, first verify whether under-declaration is involved
  • Commercial invoices cannot be modified after departure
  • Detention risk is on the client; supporting docs (e.g. listing links) may be required
  • Confirm shipping eligibility before pickup to avoid costly returns later
  • Hold / re-route requests after stuffing must be raised at least 5 days before arrival; ¥800/shipment ops fee plus all related costs are on the client; success not guaranteed
  • FBA LCL is consolidated; one client's missing docs delays the whole container — please share accurate docs on time
